A Singular House of the Victorian Age

building of Cragside in Rothbury, Northumberland. This
building was an innovative and unusual building, it was
the first building to have the entire house lit by
hydro-electric power, along with central heating, hot and
cold running water, a Turkish bath, and even fire alarms.
Built in 1870 – 1880 by Lord Armstrong the paper charts
the development and impotence of this unusual building.

Dance
